Head of Boarding - Hiba Academy Nantong

Hiba Academy Nantong (also known in Chinese as Huili School Nantong) is the flagship boarding school of the Wellington College China Group (WCC). The school was founded in 2022 and combines the best British and Chinese education systems for pupils aged 2-18, resulting in an academically rigorous programme that supports its children's holistic development. Hiba Academy Nantong has all the excitement and potential of a new school underpinned by the qualities, traditions and prestige of the Wellington College Group. The school enjoys a large campus, beautiful new facilities, and a great staff culture. Around 50 pupils currently board at the school, and there is plenty of room for growth.

Hiba Academy Nantong is seeking an innovative and passionate Head of Boarding who is keen to play a crucial role in continuing to grow a vibrant and thriving boarding community. The successful candidate will be an experienced boarding leader who takes pride in providing children with a great experience while offering the highest standards of safety and care. This role requires someone who enjoys championing their school and the boarding programme in the wider community. The Head of Boarding is well-supported by an experienced team and WCC offers an exceptional range of learning and development opportunities.
