Vasile Boico
Senior Researcher
Inspired by Society’s values and global outlook, Vasile joined the Higher Education Practice in 2022. He now works as a Senior Researcher on academic and professional services appointments.
Prior to this, Vasile worked for an EdTech business where he managed graduate and apprenticeship programmes for clients operating in the property development industry. He also undertook a secondment with Sky, which was aimed at diversifying their workforce.
Driven by the belief that strategic placements have a profound impact on organisational success, Vasile approaches each search with meticulous attention to detail. His track record spans a diverse range of leadership appointments, from department heads and deans to senior vice-presidents and HR directors. More recently, he has delivered searches for universities such as UCL, LSE, University of the Arts London, and University of Central Asia.
Vasile holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Birmingham and an MSc in Clinical Neuroscience from UCL.
