Evelyn Wills
Senior Researcher
Evie joined Society’s APAC team as a cross sector Senior Researcher in 2024.
Her career spans both executive search and contingent recruitment, across the accounting, finance, project services and technology sectors from mid-management to C-level appointments. She enjoys developing a deep understanding of her client’s needs with each assignment and is committed to building the long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates.
Like most human Kiwis, Evelyn enjoys exploring new places and has travelled, worked, studied and volunteered around the world. Evelyn has a keen interest in diversity, equity and inclusion with a particular specialisation in Neurodiversity. She completed a graduate diploma in 2023 for which her research focused on improving recruitment processes for Neurodiverse candidates and is continuing a similar line of study for her masters project, which focuses on how workplaces can proactively prepare to support Neurodiverse staff.
Evie holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. She majored in International Business, Politics and Mandarin and is currently studying towards a Master of Change and Organisational Resilience.
