Alyce joined Society in 2022 as a Principal Researcher within our Not-For-Profit Practice.
Alyce began her career in international contingent recruitment, spanning both agency and internal roles across consultancy, banking, and energy. This included graduate level appointments up to C-suite, as well as an ongoing focus on process improvement and candidate attraction strategies. She has additionally supported on several executive search assignments in sub-Saharan Africa on a freelance basis, working within the Not-For-Profit sector.
Since then, she has delivered a variety of appointments across Not-For-Profit, Hospitality & Leisure, and Higher Education in the UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Alyce has worked on several board appointments for both Chairs and Trustees with clients such as The Alzheimer’s Society and Royal Star & Garter, as well as appointing to Chief Executive positions for IDAIR, and IFLA, and several Director-level appointments for Archer Hotel Capital.
Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, Alyce always strives to run open and fair searches and enjoys partnering with clients to develop creative search strategies to open previously untapped market areas. A dedicated and supportive search partner, Alyce places huge importance on candidate experience, and is always looking for opportunities to improve processes at Society.
Alyce read Spanish and Business Studies at the University of Liverpool.
