Society's summer work experience scheme enters its third year

For the third consecutive year, Society is hosting a summer work experience placement during the month of August. This year our placement falls during the gap between the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Society's annual work experience scheme provides an opportunity for young people to gain some exposure to the inner workings of a professional service firm. Previous placements have become involved in live research projects, sat in on candidate interviews, assisted with our own internal recruitment efforts, and even overseen the redecoration of one of our meeting rooms.

Rather than expect placements to work for free, Society commits to paying them the London Living Wage. This is a commitment that stems from our work several years ago with the community volunteering group London Citizens.
