Society hosts a webinar on how the Black Lives Matter movement relates to the recruitment of staff

On Thursday, 6 August, Society hosted a free hour-long webinar addressing how the Black Lives Matter movement relates to the recruitment of staff. We were grateful to be joined by a panel consisting of:

• Christine Kinnear - CEO of With Insight Education;
• Sheldon Mills - Executive Director of Strategy and Competition at the FCA and Chair of the charity Stonewall;
• Kwaku Nortey - Co-Founder of the travel management company Prime Planit.

The hour-long discussion was well attended and covered some of the practical things employers and recruiters need to understand, and do differently, in order to address the under-representation of black people in our organisations.
