New Consultant joins Society to head-up the firm's Hospitality and Leisure practice

We are delighted to announce the appointment of James Lea, who will be coming to Society from PSD Group, where he is one of the Senior Consultants within Portfolio International. James will join existing colleagues such as Tom O’Brien in driving forward Society’s work across the Hospitality and Leisure sector, including hotels, resorts, venues, F&B, gyms, health clubs, catering, conferencing, travel and tourism.

James is a graduate of the University of West London and spent his early career in sales and marketing roles within five star-deluxe hotels. Since moving into recruitment, he has was worked in both the UK and Australia for a number of large global firms, delivering international search assignments for a wide variety of clients.
