Insights Interview #02: Toby Carpenter
Toby Carpenter, Former Director of Human Resources at Kingfisher Plc's sourcing organisation becomes the second person to feature in Society's series of video interviews.
The Insights Interview Series highlights a range of interesting individuals who Society has interacted with across its various practice groups. At under five minutes duration, each interview will provide a quick snapshot of what it's like to work, lead, and drive change, within a different sector of the economy.
Toby spoke to us shortly before the announcement that he was to leave Kingfisher to become the new Director of Human Resources at Alliance Healthcare. He spent his early career with McDonald's, before joining B&Q in 2002 to run Learning and Development. He was made HR Director of Kingfisher Sourcing and Offer in 2010.
