Dan Pink's 'Drive' is Society's new favourite YouTube video
The RSA (the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) has released their own unique take on a talk by the American writer Dan Pink, based on his book 'Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us'. Pink's central idea is that the companies that will flourish in the future will be those that are animated by a 'trancendent purpose'.
This is the sort of thinking that gets Society really excited!
