Joseph joins the hotel with over 18 years experience in F&B. He started his career in the kitchen and he worked his way up to Senior Executive Sous Chef at the Fairmont Heliopolis and Towers in Egypt before dropping the chef whites and moving into his first Director of Food and Beverage role in 2011, he as since, worked for Fairmont in Kyiv and then Seychelles before moving into his current role as Director of Food & Beverage at the St Regis Bangkok.
We asked Joseph how he found his experience with Society and he said:
"I am honoured to be joining the Peninsula Tokyo, in one of the world's foremost food and beverage cities, with the leading luxury hotel group, and such a talented and passionate team of hoteliers. From my first conversations with George, and throughout the selection process with both James and George, they were professionally and sincerely involved. Society provided the necessary support and guidance to transition from a role I was satisfied with, to the wonderful opportunity of joining Peninsula Hotels. I would highly recommend Society, without hesitation."
Jospeh starts his new role at The Peninsula Tokyo in early November and we wish him well with his role.
