The Peninsula Chicago Appoints Amanda Perlyn Jackson as Regional Director of Marketing
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Perlyn Jackson as Regional Director of Marketing for The Peninsula Chicago hotel.
Amanda brings more than 12 years of global integrated marketing experience. Her most recent position was Global Senior Brand Manager for Park Hyatt, based in Hyatt’s corporate headquarters. Amongst her years of hospitality marketing experience, she has been responsible for strategic implementation of advertising and marketing, brand programs and partnerships, and furthering differentiating brands within the luxury and upscale markets. Prior to Hyatt, Amanda worked at Starcom Worldwide managing global media strategy on behalf of Walt Disney World. Amanda attended Northwestern University to obtain her undergraduate degree and a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. She is passionate about giving back to the community and is the co-founder of two non- profit organizations. She is also a published illustrator of a children’s book that teaches the importance of caring for others. In her free time Amanda enjoys nurturing her passion for adventure travel, most recently having climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro .
