Francis Glover has been appointed as the new Director of Global Recruitment at Oxford Brookes University
Francis Glover has been appointed as the new Director of Global Recruitment for Oxford Brookes University. A key member of the Director of Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement (MRE), Francis is tasked with taking a collaborative approach to shaping and delivering Brookes' international recruitment strategy.
Society set out to identify a distinguished and forward-thinking international recruitment leader. We pinpointed individuals showcasing substantial expertise in global student recruitment, who possessed a vision for developing and executing a comprehensive and ambitious university recruitment plan, and with the credibility to lead effectively throughout the university.
Francis Glover brings over ten years of international student recruitment experience, beginning his career in London South Bank University’s international office, before taking up the role as Head of International at Greenwich University. His career has been directly affiliated with ensuring international students have a positive experience, that international recruitment activities are efficient and successful, and where internationalisation is prioritised. Since 2021, Francis Glover has served as the Deputy Director of International at De Montfort University with responsibility for the Recruitment, Progression, Planning, and Operations functions.
Francis will join Oxford Brookes in Spring 2024. Society wishes him all the very best in his new role.
