New Food and Beverage Manager joins Sunborn London
Society is proud to have completed the appointment of Manolo Caria as Food and Beverage Manager for Sunborn London.
Sunborn London is a floating super yacht hotel that will moored in the prestigious Royal Victoria docks, next to ExCeL London, and will be managed by ISS..
Manolo formerly worked for such companies as the London Bridge Hotel, the Mayfair Hotel, the Lanesborough Hotel and the Hilton Park Lane. He has developed an impressive knowledge of food and beverage operations in luxury establishments, ensuring the highest standards, quality and service are delivered to guests at all times.
Manolo will be starting at Sunborn London over the coming weeks and we wish him every success in his role.
