Membership Solutions Limited appoints new CEO

Gary Bryant has been appointed the new CEO of Membership Solutions Limited (MSL). Gary joins MSL from ITSI, where he was the UK & Ireland Country Manager for the South African-owned EdTech business.

MSL is a provider of end-to-end student engagement solutions to the Higher Education sector, and primarily to Students Unions across the UK, Europe, and Australia. Founded in 2005, MSL is owned by Warwick Students Union and provides a suite of solutions from websites, mobile apps, events, and ecommerce to elections, volunteering, and case management.

Society conducted a thorough search of the thriving UK EdTech industry, to identify senior executives with a wealth of commercial and business development acumen, rooted in a fundamental understanding of product and development.

Gary Bryant joins MSL from ITSI, having previously built a career in legal services before pursuing a career in technology. Taking on leading commercial and business development roles, with close product/client oversight, Gary held leadership positions in start-ups like Frog Education as well as handling landmark deals with established players like Pearson Education.

On his appointment to MSL, Gary comments:
