We are delighted to announce that Winnie Leung has been appointed as the new Head of People and Culture at Lanson Place Hospitality Management.

Society was approached by Lanson Place Hospitality Management to assist with the search for their newly created Head of People and Culture position. Society conducted a global search to identify suitable candidates with a proven track record of establishing, implementing, developing, and championing comprehensive people and culture functions.

With 15 years of experience, Winnie has a strong background in business partnering, talent management and talent acquisition in commercial, professional, and financial services firms.
Winnie Leung was previously the Head of People and Culture, Southeast Asia and Group Head of Talent for Jardine Restaurant Group. Prior to joining Jardine, Ms Leung worked at Cathy Pacific Airways where she developed her skills in recruitment and Business Partnering. At Jardine, she partnered with General Managers across multiple regions to develop and implement People and Culture strategies that align with organisational goals. Her experience in overseeing full People and Culture services, including recruitment strategy, performance management, and executive rewards, has equipped her with the skills necessary to enhance employee engagement and drive organisational success.
