Impetus makes four new hires to its Investment Team

Impetus is a UK-based charity that aims to improve the lives of disadvantaged young people aged 11-24. The organization works by partnering with other charities and providing them with strategic support, funding, and expertise to help them grow and achieve greater impact. Impetus focuses on four key areas: education and employment, youth offending, mental health, and care leavers. Through their work, they aim to break the cycle of poverty and inequality, giving young people the skills, opportunities, and support they need to succeed in life.

Impetus commissioned Society to make a range of new hires to its Investment Team, which leads the strategy consulting aspects of its work. This involved identifying people with the analytical and research skills to flourish as an Investment Manager, as well as those with the broad strategic credentials to advise its charity partners as Investment Director.

We are pleased to announce Impetus have now appointed Bea Theakston, Danny Swift and Srinivas Manchikanti as Investment Directors and Chloe Tye as an Investment Manager.
