Creative Metier appoints Reema Sen

Society recently collaborated with Creative Metier to recruit Reema Sen as Head of Organisational Development and Strategic HR.

Creative Metier works with international development agencies/institutions working towards financial inclusion to build human and organisational capacity so they can reach their strategic objectives.

Reema joins Creative Metier from her most recent role as Chief People Officer with BRAC International. With more than 18 years’ experience in human resources management, Reema has led organisational design, recruitment strategy, performance management, and organisational development projects in 25 countries, with a particular focus on financial services in South-East Asia, the Far East and sub-Saharan Africa. Her earlier commercial background was in a regional HR role in HSBC, based in Hong Kong, where she had responsibility for designing and delivering change management initiatives across Asia Pacific. She then set up her own consultancy, HR Schematics, with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and India, supporting clients with talent management and leadership development across most industries in Asia Pacific.
