Chief of Staff Appointed at Coin Street

We were delighted to partner with Coin Street to support the appointment of a newly created Chief of Staff role. Coin Street is social enterprise working in Waterloo and North Southwark, London. From a derelict site in 1984, Coin Street have created a vibrant, diverse and welcoming place for people to live, work and play.

This newly formed role supports the Group Director’s Office (GDO) but also involve cross-organisational collaboration on important strategic initiatives and will touch all parts of the community.

We adopted a search strategy to identify individuals who were running executive offices or Head of Operations or projects in the charity sector, in government, or in the social business / enterprise arena.

The Chief of Staff provides support to the leadership team, coordinate projects and communications across the organisation, delivering process improvements and collecting insights to support decision-making.

Trudi Kent was confirmed in the role and was brings over 15 years of experience working closely with Chief Executives, senior teams and Boards, to ensure the smooth running of organisations. Trudi’s project management and organisation skills support senior teams to make things happen and enable the leadership to concentrate on the direction of the organisation
