Archer Hotel Management hires a new Outlets Manager for the Marriott Brussels Hotel

Benoit Barbé has been appointed by Archer Hotel Manager as Outlets Manager for both the signature restaurant, Rotisse, and Barcine in the Marriott Brussels Hotel, situated in the historic Grand-Place, a central square in the City of Brussels, and also a World Heritage destination.
 
The new independent restaurant, Rotisse, and Barcine fall under Archer Hotel Management (AHM), part of the Archer Hotel Capital group investment vehicle. AHM is developing concept, destination restaurants across their hotel portfolio, where they have quality assets of scale in gateway cities across Europe. They are competitively positioned in the European hotel investment market, with a specialist team to support the improvements and developments of their new restaurants and bars. 

AHM engaged with Society to find a restaurant manager initially to partner with them to deliver excellent service to their discerning customers. They wanted a manager to collaborate with, someone who saw themselves as a partner in the business, to deliver excellent service and high-quality meals to their customers.  

Society sourced restaurant managers from brasserie or terrace-styled establishments in Brussels predominantly, further spreading the reach to Belgium as a whole and then across continental Europe to include French and Dutch speaking neighbouring countries.  We also mapped independent and big brand hotel restaurants in the same areas.

Benoit is a true restauranteur, from Brussels, who is tri-lingual and who understands the Belgian culture. He has worked in recognised establishments and has been a tutor at the Ecole Hôtelière de Couillet. Benoit immediately understood the requirements and the concept behind the work Archer Hotel Management and the management of the Marriott Brussels Hotel have set out to achieve. As a result of his notable profile and experience Benoit has been extended the title of Outlets Manager for both restaurants in the hotel.
