Annamarie McKie joins the London College of Fashion
Annamarie McKie has been appointed to the London College of Fashion as its inaugural Associate Dean, Student Experience.
London College of Fashion, is one of the foremost centres of fashion education in the world, consistently regarded as one of the world’s top five fashion schools by most ranking tables. It has been leading international fashion education from the start, partnering with institutions in countries all over the world delivering opportunities, specialist courses and the chance for students and staff to exchange knowledge and cultural value. The College’s strategic relationships support an ever-evolving global fashion industry worth billions.
Society conducted a global search on behalf of LCF to find an individual with a proven track record of academic leadership and innovations in cross-disciplinary teaching and learning, alongside experience of shaping and influencing academic developments within Higher Education in order to support the Dean of Academic Strategy, in leading and enhancing the student experience across LCF.
Prior to joining LCF, Annamarie McKie was Teaching and Learning Development Manager at University for the Creative Arts (UCA). Joining UCA in 2002, initially as College Librarian, Annamarie held various roles across UCA during her 17 years there, including Senior Lecturer in Learning and Teaching, and Interim Head of Learning, Teaching and Student Engagement.
