We are making some progress on the suggest a link form and we are close to having the issue ironed out. Also the plans are not completely accurate as we are still trying to figure out exactly what we can get various plans to actually implement from the script and admin area.
We have added some nice features to the link detail listing page in that we added an Alexa stats widget that will give the Alexa rank of sites, backlinks, and Alexa review totals. This was important we felt as the Alexa graph built into the script really only is useful for sites in the Alexa top 100,000 which lets face it most of our sites are not.
Also we added the Technorati Blog Rank link and graphic (graphic button with rank number shows up after someone has clicked the link once) that will allow your site to get listed directly from the detail page so even if your blog doesn't have this feature people can recommend it from your detail page. We did the same thing for all sites with a "digg it" link from your detail page this way people can dig your site even if you don't have a dig it button on your site. These all work to the individual site based on your listing URL. The script will automatically retrieve your site URL and input it into these two important Web 2.0 features. Just another way we try to add value to your listing.
